Providing quality, hand – guided machine quilting on my stitch regulated long arm machine in a friendly, non-smoking atmosphere.

Pricing is by the square inch

• Meander, allover, edge to edge using simple designs $ 0.017 & up.

• Freestyle & pantograph using more intricate patterns $ 0.020 & up.

• Custom, blocks and borders, sashings $ 0.035 & up.

• Heirloom Quilting – by individual quote only.

Minimum Quilting Charge $ 50.00

Minimum Custom Quilting Charge $ 65.00

Rush Charge (flat fee) $ 50.00

Thread

Solid Thread is available in a wide array of colors and is included in the price of quilting.

Specialty threads - $ 0.85 per bobbin. (Double if used on top & bottom of quilt).

Thread color changes - (first color included in price of quilting) $3.00 per change

Binding

Fabric to be provided by client. 1 yard uncut for up to 400” & 1-1/8 yard for up to 480”

• Full Service – prepare & attach mitered binding by machine & hand finish - .35 per inch
• Half Service – prepare & attach mitered binding, client finishes - .18 per inch

Batting

Hobb’s Heirloom 80/20 96” wide (natural) $6.00 per yard

Additional Services

• Seam backing, pressing, square up, repair, piecing, tie offs.
$25.00 per hour
• Commission Quilts – t- shirt and photo memory quilts & specialty patterns by quote only

Quilt Preparation for the Longarm Machine

1. Clip threads to avoid showing through the quilt top.
2. Press well. Avoid pressing dark seams to light fabrics.
3. Back and batting should be at least 3 – 4 “ larger than quilt top on all sides.
4. Sheets are not recommended.
5. Do not baste quilt together. Keep all layers separate.
6. Remove all buttons, pins, and beads from quilt top prior to quilting.
